Oven-Roasted Okra
Fries

to 4 serving
20 to 30 okra pods (no longer than 4”), sliced in half,
lengthwise
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1. Place
the cut okra pods on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper; drizzle with
olive oil.
2. Bake
at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and crisped.
3. Serve
warm.

I think I will try this okra recipe. Queenie's has a collard green seasoning that normally use to deep fry.
