Dijon Vinaigrette
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil (canola or olive)
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Whisk mustard and vinegar together.
- Slowly whisk in the oil to create an emulsion (a mixture that does not separate).
- Season with salt and pepper and stir to blend.
