Baked or Fried? I vote for baked. Why? Baked sausages are essentially require no muss, no fuss and the end product is equal to a fried sausage. I can literally put them in the oven and go about other kitchen tasks.
I used the baked sausages in Sausage Kolaches.
Baked Link Sausages
Link sausages
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Add sausage on top of parchment paper, making sure none of the sausages are touching.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning sausages halfway through.
- Drain on a cooling rack that has been set into a paper towel lined pan.
