Baked Link Sausages - no muss, no fuss!

Baked or Fried? I vote for baked. Why? Baked sausages are essentially require no muss, no fuss and the end product is equal to a fried sausage. I can literally put them in the oven and go about other kitchen tasks. 

 
I used the baked sausages in Sausage Kolaches

 

Baked Link Sausages 

Link sausages

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  3. Add sausage on top of parchment paper, making sure none of the sausages are touching.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning sausages halfway through.
  5. Drain on a cooling rack that has been set into a paper towel lined pan.
